By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Task Force Garage provides concrete floor coating installation for garages, basements, patios, and commercial spaces, including diamond-ground prep and polyaspartic/epoxy coating systems, as described on our website. The specific scope of work, materials, and pricing for your project will be confirmed in your quote or estimate.
Quotes provided through our website, over the phone, or in person are estimates based on the information available at the time and are subject to change based on actual site conditions — such as square footage, surface condition, moisture levels, and any additional prep work identified once the job begins.
You agree to provide our crew with reasonable access to the work area at the scheduled appointment time. Delays caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, or incomplete preparation on your part may require rescheduling and could result in additional fees.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of $50. We'll do our best to work with you to find a new time.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the service. Some projects may require a deposit to confirm scheduling. Accepted payment methods will be provided at the time of booking.
Warranty coverage depends on the specific coating system and package selected for your project — see our Services page for details. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, and does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or pre-existing conditions.
While we take every precaution, Task Force Garage is not liable for pre-existing damage to items, structures, or property. We are fully insured for incidents directly caused by our crew during the course of work. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable service.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — belongs to Task Force Garage or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
